More specifically, your photo will work best if it is:
• a high-resolution picture that clearly shows your face.
• cropped with space around the head and face.
• a nature or minimal background.
• taken on your phone camera or a digital camera.
• for couples, feel free to send a photo of you together.

To download an audio series to your computer, click on the link to download the zip file. The download may take a few minutes, depending on your internet connection speed. A zip folder will download with all of the audio files of the series. Double click on the zip file. The file will then be placed in your Downloads folder on your computer. Once the files are loaded, you should see a newly extracted folder available with the audio files listed in the folder. Click on one to listen to it on your media player on your computer.
